Monkey Mia
Up early and out to Monkey Mia to see the dolphins. They feed 5 dolphins only between 8am and 12 noon depending when they turn up from the beach. The rangers keep a close eye on everyone and give a brief talk about the dolphins. There are 24 that may come and 1500 are named in the area. It was great we stood in the water and watched them swim and play in front of us. They just come in from the sea when they are ready .

| Nev took some good shots of them not easy! Monkey Mia hasreally changed since we were here 23 years ago. New visitors centre, resort and restaurant near the beach. 
Went for a walk along the beach and saw the resident pelicans. One walked right along the beach and posed with me!
Girls had a shopping afternoon and Paul and Nev went fishing of the beach at Denham. Just in front of our caravan park. Caught 2 whiting and saw some large shovel nose sharks and manta rays, flathead in the shallows and other large fish moving around them in th eclear water. BUT alas no seafood dinner!!!! GREAT DAY!
